• At least 48 hours notice MUST be given to cancel or rearrange any lessons booked (must be verbally and by text/message). Any late cancellations will be charged at the normal rate, or if the lesson is prepaid it will be forfeited.

• When I arrive for your lesson, I will either wait for you to arrive or text you to inform of my presence, depending on what you have previously agreed. If you haven’t arrived, I will message and ring you. If you have still not arrived or contacted me within 15 minutes, I will cancel your lesson which will be charged as above.

• If you are late for your lesson, your lesson time will be reduced as your instructor cant be late for next Lesson.

.• If you have been charged for any late cancelation no further lessons can be booked until payment has been made.

• If you have a break of longer than two weeks between lessons, i can not guarantee availability as i can not hold slots open. This includes the time after taking a driving test.  

• Any late cancellation charges must be be paid before any further lessons can be booked.
